What makes us different from other businesses is that all members have a say in the way we are run – and members' meetings provide a key opportunity to make your voice heard.

Members' meetings are held twice a year – in April/May and October – at sites across our trading area. Both management and board members attend to respond to questions on the annual and interim reports.

At the meetings you also get to vote on the points value for the dividend pay-out (as recommended by the board of directors based on our trading profit), and there is time to get together informally with other members afterwards - usually over Fairtrade and Truly Irresistible refreshments.

To attend the meetings, you will need to have been a full member for six months.
